basic cookie mix
4 cups sifted flour 4 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups nonfat dry powdered milk 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons salt place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a spoon; sift mixture twice. peanut butter ball cookies
2 cups basic cookie mix 1 lightly beaten egg 1/4 c. melted butter or margerine 1/2 c. crunchy or creamy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla with lightly floured hands, shape into 1″ balls and space 2″ apart on lightly greased baking sheets. bake 12 minutes @ 350 or until the color of sand.
